We continue our 1971 Camaro T56 custom transmission tunnel fabrication series by rolling a bead on the section of transmission tunnel that we formed in the last video. We bead roll for the first time using Eastwood’s 8″ Elite Bead Roller.

We begin by unpacking the Eastwood 8″ Elite Bead Roller and getting it set up. Next we scribe a line on our transmission tunnel that will be used as a guide while bead rolling. We then get the panel in place and begin bead rolling. We mess up and roll our bead on the wrong side and show you how to fix it. Finally we roll the bead in the sheet metal and take a look at how it looks in the car.

In the next episode we will install the half of the transmission tunnel into the car.
